AVAILABILITY: Items from our catalog may be reserved on paid orders for Fall shipment (Sept. through Oct.) until supplies are exhausted, or August 31, whichever comes first. We will not make substitutions without prior approval. Orders or items cancelled on or after August 15 are non-refundable.

PLANT QUALITY: All roots will have 3 to 5 eyes and adequate storage roots for

healthy plant growth.

PAYMENTS: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal,

cashiers checks or money orders. You can order on our website securely by credit card or

Paypal.

SHIPPING: We will ship by USPS. Special shipping requests will be honored

if possible and any additional charge will be charged to the customer and

must be prepaid. All orders shipping to the lower 48 States are subject to a flat rate shipping of $15USD. Orders shipping to Alaska ship for a flat rate of $30. Orders over $250 ship free. We are able to ship internationally. All international orders are subject to USDA inspection. Buyers pay all phytosanitary permits and fees. Message us directly to set up international orders.

Our shipping policy is as follows:
All due diligence is made to ensure deliveries are made in a timely and reasonably secure manner. Fina Gardens is not responsible for any damage, or delays related to the carrier or weather conditions the package may encounter during shipment.

Orders are delivered in good faith and with provided tracking information for the recipient to manage.

Once tracking information is entered into the computer system and sent to the customer; recipients of cut flowers have 48hrs (due to the perishable nature of the product) and recipients of root stock have two weeks from the original estimated date of delivery to launch a complaint with Fina Gardens pertaining to the arrival, loss, damage or misdirection of the order. We will help where we can, but cannot guarantee issues outside of our control or with the shipping company.

All compliants after this time will unfortunately not be honored.
