AVAILABILITY: Items from our catalog may be reserved on paid orders for Fall shipment (Sept. through Oct.) until supplies are exhausted, or August 31, whichever comes first. We will not make substitutions without prior approval. Orders or items cancelled on or after August 15 are non-refundable.

PLANT QUALITY: All roots will have 3 to 5 eyes and adequate storage roots for

healthy plant growth.

PAYMENTS: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal,

cashiers checks or money orders. You can order on our website securely by credit card or

Paypal.

SHIPPING: We will ship by USPS. Special shipping requests will be honored

if possible and any additional charge will be charged to the customer and

must be prepaid. All orders shipping to the lower 48 States are subject to a flat rate shipping of $15USD. Orders shipping to Alaska ship for a flat rate of $30. Orders over $250 ship free. We do not ship internationally at this time.
